Changing the way frontline managers lead

Laudio’s integrated platform is a dramatic improvement from the current setup most nurse managers use: post-its, a dozen different software systems, and filing cabinets (yes, really). We were thrilled to partner with a company so driven to reduce frontline burnout and make hospitals healthier. We worked closely with the startup to develop an honest yet optimistic brand voice, core brand messaging, and an educational web experience that incorporates custom animation.

 

Animations to create order out of chaos

Central to Laudio’s product is its ability to bring order to a complicated and fast-paced work flow. We asked ourselves: how can we show, not tell, how efficient this really is? We created a collection of short animations to give users a quick visual for Laudio’s one-stop-shop approach to frontline management.

 

Striking a balance between what and why

In the past, Laudio’s messaging focused heavily on platform capabilities and the details of each work flow, causing prospective buyers to be overwhelmed by the prospect of a massive onboarding life. We crafted web copy, pitch decks, and press bios that led with the why and made just enough sense of the platform’s capabilities to successfully drive demos.
